Hey, it’s Franz & Elliot.
As we close out 2025 and step into the new year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on everything that’s happened and share what’s coming next (Live events, challenges, livestreams and more).
2025: A Year of Growth
This year marked a real turning point for Strong & Mobile.
We expanded the project in ways we couldn’t have imagined at the start of the year. Franz officially joined the team, and together we began building something we truly believe in and are genuinely proud of. What started as a solo project has become a real partnership. That shift has allowed us to think bigger, move faster, and create more than either of us could have on our own.
The Superbody Challenge launched with incredible momentum. We’ve seen dozens of people join early, commit to the work, and start building real results. Watching people show up daily, share their progress, and push through the hard parts has been one of the most rewarding parts of this year.
The challenge is still running, so if you haven’t joined yet, you still can.
But more than anything, 2025 was about laying the foundation. We spent much of the year testing ideas, refining our approach, and getting clear on what we want Strong & Mobile to become. Heading into 2026, that vision is clearer than ever.
What’s Coming in 2026
We have big plans for the year ahead, and we’re excited to bring you along for the ride.
Our Own App
Long term, we’re building our own training app from the ground up.
Right now, we’re using Everfit, which has been great for getting started. But moving forward, we want more control over the experience. We want to build features that truly reflect how we coach and how you train. Something intentional, personal, and genuinely useful.
This won’t happen overnight, but it’s one of our biggest priorities for the year ahead.
More Challenges (But Not Right Away)
With the success of the Superbody Challenge, we do plan to run more challenges in the future. Just not in the immediate future.
For now, our focus is on continuing to build and refine the Academy. Challenges are great for momentum and accountability, but the Academy is where long-term, sustainable progress happens. That’s where we’re putting our energy.
Live Events, Workshops, and Meetups
In 2026, we want to meet the community in person.
Live events, workshops, possibly seminars. We’ve even received requests for retreats, and we’re exploring what that could look like.
Training online is powerful, but there’s something different about being in the same room, moving together, and having real conversations. We want to create those experiences.
The goal is simple. Bring people together, train together, and build a stronger real-world community.
If this is something you’d be interested in, reply to this email and let us know. We’re still shaping the details, and your input matters.
Guest Masterclasses Inside the Academy
We’ve been connecting with other coaches and athletes, and we’re excited to say that we already have some incredible guest masterclasses lined up for early 2026.
We can’t share names just yet, but these are coaches and movers we deeply respect, and we’re honored to have them contribute.
The goal is to bring in perspectives beyond just ours. There are so many people doing exceptional work in strength, mobility, movement, and body awareness, and we want you to have access to that knowledge. These sessions will be exclusive to Academy members and packed with value.
In 2026, this newsletter will become much more than announcements or updates.
We’ll be sharing real, actionable insights you can use in your own training. Breakdowns of our principles. Vlogs showing how we structure sessions. Deep dives into specific exercises, why we do them, how we coach them, and how we adapt them for different goals.
You’ll see what we’re experimenting with, what’s working, and what isn’t. You’ll get a front-row seat to our process. Nothing held back.
Our Own Training Goals
We’re also setting clear training goals for ourselves in 2026, and we want to take you along for the journey.
Franz:
I’m working toward a one-arm handstand and a one-arm chin-up. These are skills I’ve been building toward for years, and 2026 feels like the right time to make them mine again. I’m also getting back into acrobatics, which has always been a big part of how I express movement. Movement quality, body control, and creative expression through acrobatics are things I care deeply about, and I’m excited to bring more of that into the Strong & Mobile world.
Elliot:
For me, my focus is on both strength and skill. I’m working toward a one-arm pull-up and chin-up, surpassing my +60 kg weighted chin-up and dip, and beating my 225 kg sumo deadlift PR. Alongside that, I’ll continue my handstand practice and flexibility journey, especially splits and backbends. Most importantly, I want to keep learning through the process and sharing what I learn as I go.

We’ll be documenting what works, what doesn’t, and what we learn along the way. We’re not just coaching this. We’re living it. And we believe that matters.
A Wish for 2026
As we step into the new year, we want to wish you a strong, healthy, and fulfilling start to 2026.
January is when motivation is high and goals are set. But real progress isn’t about how you start. It’s about how you continue when motivation fades and life gets busy.
That’s what we’re here for.
If you’ve joined the challenge, we’re excited to guide you through it. And if you haven’t, we’ll still be leading by example and sharing everything we’re doing along the way.
We hope you stay healthy, spend meaningful time with the people you care about, and build a body and a life that supports what you actually want to do.
Coming together, both online and in person, is one of our biggest goals for this year. And we’re excited to make that happen.
Here’s to 2026.
